Help with Online Payments

The online payment system does not seem to work. I cannot input my credit card information. What can I do?

1. Often, you are missing to fill an essential field, which then prevents you from going to the payment screen.

Note that forms contain mandatory fields. While they are marked, it is easy to overlook them. You may even miss the error message at the top/bottom of the screen.

2. Most issues turn out to be internet browser related.

  • Make sure to use an up-to-date version of the browser. Our payment processor requires up-to-date security standards for encryption. Now may be the time for updating your browser to the latest version.
  • Emptying the browser cache and/or resetting the browser is known to solve issues.
  • Consider using another browser (Firefox, IE, Safari are known to work - still make sure to use the latest version), or an alternative browser which is not the default browser on your system.
  • Enable the proper security level. This turns out to be a tricky subject as there are way too many browser security settings and multiple browser version to be able to provide specific support. Certain high security setting in browsers are known to be prohibitive. Consider changing these settings. Our providers are Memberclicks and Authorize.net, and they use fully encrypted, secure servers.

3. Try a different route.

First: Log Out. Then: Log In again into the memberclicks system. Ensure your information is up-to-date. Then try to take the form again from within the system.

Still Problems?

If you cannot solve the problem, contact the ASP Business Manager ([email protected]) and provide your payment information (credit card #, exp, CVV) in a secure way. In most instances, we are able to process your payment manually via credit card. In rare instances, we will ask you to send a check.
