By following two simple steps (see also our ASP No-Spam page), you can make sure that ASP can stay in touch with you:
- Configure your spam filter and allow ("whitelist") messages from "memberclicks-mail.net"

Renewing Your Membership & JNP Subscription
Renew one or both by using our 2013 Membership Renewal Form (requires Login) and pay by credit card (much preferred) or check. Card payments are processed through secure servers. On the form, select the type of membership (active/full, associate/student, emeritus) and the JNP subscription you like (condensed print, online, archive; combinations of these).
- Important JNP deadline: for full coverage, subscriptions to JNP must be renewed by Dec 9 of the previous year.
- In order to qualify for the reduced membership registration at the annual ASP meeting, your dues must be paid by May 15.
How to pay your membership renewal?
Login (menu "Login-->Login") to access your memberclicks profile
Option A: Select the appropriate form under "Payment"
Option B: Select "Directory --> My Memberclick Profile", select tab "My Profile", then "Pay 20xx Dues" link
Want to pay for/on behalf of somebody else?
Contact the ASP Treasurers for a login that will allow you to make a payment on behalf of somebody else. Make sure to enter the person's name and contact as requested on the form. |
(Re-)Subscribe to JNP by Dec 9!
New policies and procedures of ACS, our co-publisher, require that all our ASP JNP subscriptions be ordered by Dec 9 of each year. Please note that ACS no longer offers a grace period for subscriptions pending payment. Thus, in order to ensure you receive all issues of next year's JNP, we need your order and payment completed by Dec 9.
What if you are late? Subscriptions submitted after the annual Dec 9 deadline are still welcome and will be forwarded to ACS, in batches as they are received. However, these subscriptions will start late and you will not receive those JNP issues which ACS has already dispatched. Unfortunately, ACS does not provide back issues for the elapsed time period.
